Oregon business owners are required to update their labor law posters or face potential fines due to change in minimum wage documents.

Oregon has updates to be in effect July 1, 2019. Minimum wage rates are as follows:

  • Standard: $11.25/hr
  • Portland Metro: $12.50/hr
  • Non-urban counties: $11.00/hr

Oregon's Agricultural Employees also issued an update effective July 1, 2019 for minimum wage which states the rates have changed:

  • Standard: $11.25/hr
  • Portland Metro: $12.50/hr
  • Non-urban counties:  $11.00/hr
